The presentation of the Kurmet Hotel took place on the 10th of January 2010. The ceremony saw the presentation of a certificate confirming the hotel's compliance with the international two-star hotel standard.
The hotel is situated in the centre of the city and in a quiet residential area.
It is very important for business tourists.
The hotel has 4 floors + 0 technical floor where there is also a cafe with billiards and a sauna for the occupants. The rooms for staff and guests are separated from each other.
Given the demand from visitors, breakfast can be included in the room rate, or you can pay for a room without breakfast. The number of rooms totalled 47:44 first category rooms and 3 suites. The presentation of the hotel was preceded by several months of trial operation, necessary to identify flaws and positioning errors. Many clients have become regular customers, who note the high quality of service, cleanliness, comfort and homely atmosphere of the hotel.
ПVisitors are pleasantly surprised by the "swinging" doors of the entrance area, which follow the "sliding" doors. This "know-how" was created for the first time in Uralsk.
All rooms are equipped with domestic furniture, satellite TV, air-conditioning, refrigerators and a modern fire-fighting system and ventilation.
Layers of plasterboard, mineral wool and plastic double-glazed windows protect visitors from unwanted sound waves. Note that the suites are designed in different styles, and the interior has natural-looking furniture. The laundry room is equipped with professional Swedish equipment, which provides for ideal washing quality. The washing machines wash out all detergent and washing-up liquid which can cause allergies.
The bedding is also hypoallergenic. The hotel management, while proud of their child, believes that it is not perfect and that there can and should be a process of improvement.
The staff of the hotel is constantly working to create the best conditions for customers, to meet their requests.
