On June 15, 2021, at 11.00 local time, at the quay wall on the Chagan River in Uralsk, a ceremonial launching of border boats of the Kaisar project, factory # 1 Makhambet Batyr, factory # 2 Isatai Batyr, manufactured by JSC took place. Ural Plant Zenit.

The event was held with the participation of the Akim of the West Kazakhstan region G.N. Iskaliev, the leadership of the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the leadership of the National Company Kazakhstan Engineering JSC, as well as veterans of the Border Service, representatives of local government bodies, republican and regional media, the collective of JSC "Ural Plant" Zenith" and representatives of the personnel of the crews of the boats.

Border boats of the "Kaisar" project, factory # 1 "Makhambet batyr" and factory # 2 "Isatay batyr" are the 28th and 29th units for the plant, manufactured for the Border Guard Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the State Defense Order.

Border boats of the "Kaisar" project are designed to protect and guard the state border at sea, rivers in order to prevent its illegal change, to ensure that individuals and legal entities comply with the state border regime and the border regime; protection of inland waters and the territorial sea with the control of the corresponding modes of navigation; assistance in the conservation of aquatic biological resources; control of maritime economic activities in the fishing zone and common water area search and rescue support in the areas of duty.

This event, like the previous launching of boats and ships manufactured by the plant, is another step in achieving the goal of equipping the Border Guard Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan with modern technical means of domestic production.

Given the difficult epidemiological situation in the region, the event was carried out taking into account the established restrictive quarantine measures.
