Hide and Wool Processing Project

During last year's trip to Turkey, Akim of the region Gali Iskaliyev supported the proposal of the Turkish businessman Aydin Ibragim on the implementation of a project for the processing of hides and wool.

In a few months, the idle plant for the primary processing of skins of Posh Runo LLP was restored and the export of products for deep processing began. 30 jobs restored.

At the meeting, they discussed the next stage of the project - processing sheep and goat wool, with the production of lanolin, processed wool and other types of products. 

The Turkish investor expressed his readiness to start production of finished products from leather and wool in the city of Uralsk in the future.

Given that the wool of the MRS in the region is not processed, and is actually thrown away, the Akim of the region instructed the first deputy Utegulov A.K. ensure the collection and purchase of wool from all over the region to provide the project with raw materials.

Recall that the issue of processing the wool of the MRS was raised by the aksakals of our southwestern regions during a meeting with the akim of the region.
