The house was built in the 19th century and belonged to the colonel of the tsarist army Zavyalov. Author unknown. After the liberation of Uralsk in January 1919, the commander of the IV Army of the Eastern Front, M.V. Frunze, arrived from Samara on February 10. He thoroughly familiarized himself with the state of work in the party and Soviet bodies of the city and provided concrete assistance. M.V. Frunze assumed the duties of head of the garrison in the city of Uralsk. The next day he held a review of the garrison units.
