The former house of the merchant Karev, now the building of the regional philharmonic named after. G.Kurmangalieva

The building was built in 1901 by the merchant of the first guild A.T. Karev. Before the revolution, there were shops on the first floor, an officer's club on the second floor, and the third floor was rented out as a hotel. The house belonged to the merchant Karev.
