During the meeting, social projects were discussed, in particular, Shell LiveWIRE, StudentEnergyChallenge, Road Safety Project, Nxplorers and others. At the same time, together with universities, a project was proposed to train specialists in the oil and gas industry.

As part of the working visit, representatives of Shell visited the Craftsmen's Center, which was opened in February this year, and a meeting was organized with artisans participating in the Orleu project.

On May 16-17 this year, the general director of the Czech company Zimatechnik, Robert Malek, visited the region in order to discuss a project to create an Innovative Research and Production Laboratory in the field of animal husbandry in the region. As part of the working visit, a meeting was held with the first deputy akim of the region A.K. Utegulov, they also visited the West Kazakhstan Agrarian Technical University. Zhangir Khan, LLP "Ural Agricultural Experimental Station" and peasant farms of the region.

In turn, the leadership of the region expressed its readiness to provide comprehensive assistance.

Akim of the region Gali Iskaliyev on Tuesday paid a working visit to a number of rural districts of the Baiterek region.

The visit of the head of the region began with an acquaintance with the work of the Green Park recreation complex near the village of Zhaiyk, Trekinsky rural district. It should be noted that this complex began its work last summer. On the territory, which occupies five hectares, the beach, water attractions, a pier, a cafe, an open terrace are still involved. According to Nursultan Urazaliev, the art manager of this complex, new projects will be implemented this year.

Сегодня Уральске открыли терминал Международного аэропорта им.М.Маметовой.

На церемонии открытия присутствовал вице-министр индустрии и инфраструктурного развития РК Берик Камалиев, аким Западно-Казахстанской области Гали Искалиев, генеральный директор «КПО б.в.» Джанкарло Рую, представители подрядных строительных компаний и жители региона.
