Сегодня Уральске открыли терминал Международного аэропорта им.М.Маметовой.
На церемонии открытия присутствовал вице-министр индустрии и инфраструктурного развития РК Берик Камалиев, аким Западно-Казахстанской области Гали Искалиев, генеральный директор «КПО б.в.» Джанкарло Рую, представители подрядных строительных компаний и жители региона.

"We discussed with the sheikh of the emirate of Abu Dhabi, who is an investor in the project of an oil refinery in the Terektinsky district, some issues that arose during the construction of the plant. We discussed issues and identified tasks for the operational implementation of the project. The investor intends to build a modern high-performance oil refinery and with good working and leisure conditions for its employees (about 200 employees).

Akim of the WKO Gali Iskaliev held a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Lithuania to the Republic of Kazakhstan Gintautas Vasiulis.
The meeting was devoted to the development of cooperation in various areas. During the meeting, the parties shared promising areas for investment.
Gintautas Vasiulis emphasized the historical ties between the peoples of the two countries and spoke about the interest of Lithuanian businessmen in expanding the horizon of joint work.
- Last year, the trade turnover between our countries exceeded 1.5 billion euros, including Kazakhstani exports to Lithuania amounted to more than 1 billion euros. These are mainly mineral, raw materials, fish, agricultural products. Today, 115 enterprises with Lithuanian capital operate in Kazakhstan, - said the Ambassador of Lithuania.

The meeting was devoted to the development of bilateral relations. Akim of the region spoke about promising investment areas of cooperation. It should be noted that the West Kazakhstan region became the first region of the country where Toomas Tiers made his working trip as the Ambassador of the Republic of Estonia.
The Ural region is geographically the closest region to Europe. A number of investors actively use this advantage when determining the location for their business.
